The research of Dynamic Chain of BORWORN: Health Dimension among
Thai-Lao Ethnic Group. The purpose was to studythe dynamic chain of home, temple,
hospital in the same organization among someTai-Lao Ethnic groups in Greater Mekong
River Sub region. The methodology was the qualitative ethnographic study collecting
data byin-depth interview and participant observation. The researcher was the important
tool to collect the data. Key informants consist of monks, traditional doctors, local
people patients and relatives.
The results of study : Dynamic Chain of home, temple, hospital in the same
organization among Thai-Lao Ethnic Groupwas holistic health care model HOME were
family and community, TEMPLE was religious belief. HOSPITAL was disease treatment
integrated in the same organization.There were love and engagement of the people
in the community, strictly religious belief and faith and community health self-care
integrating community well-being. The strictly religious faith was the most important
role in dynamic chain of home, temple, hospital that should be developed this issue to
sustainably develop well-being society community in the future.
